The best recipe from my favorite father-in-law.

  • 3-4 roma tomatoes (choose according to your tomato-onion ratio preference)
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 jalapeno (can use more depending on heat preference)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  1. Dice tomatoes and red onion. Remove seeds and dice jalapeno. Roughly chop cilantro
  2. Add all ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
  3. 3. The longer the mix sits, the more the flavors will meld, but can also be served immediately.
