Description

The best recipe from my favorite father-in-law.

Ingredients

3-4 roma tomatoes (choose according to your tomato-onion ratio preference)
¹⁄₂ red onion
¹⁄₂ jalapeno (can use more depending on heat preference)
¹⁄₄ cup cilantro
¹⁄₂ tsp salt
2 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

Dice tomatoes and red onion. Remove seeds and dice jalapeno. Roughly chop cilantro
Add all ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
3. The longer the mix sits, the more the flavors will meld, but can also be served immediately.
